Q. Can you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?

A. The Fat Hen prepares all products in a shared kitchen environment. Due to the nature of our preparation space, it is possible for food to contain or come in contact with common allergens, while we carefully source our ingredients and take care in preparation, the risk of allergens CANNOT be eliminated. Vegetarian, Vegan & Dairy Free options are available, as well as some Gluten Free alternatives

Q. How far in advance should I book my event?

A. Dates fill up fast and because every event is special, that date is reserved exclusively for you. For that reason we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date or to place an order. (For Charcuterie & other Board orders we require at least 48 hours notice).

Q. What areas does The Fat Hen serve?

A. The Fat Hen is located in Williamstown KY and provides service for events from Covington to Georgetown. Pick Up & Delivery options are available. There is a Delivery Fee for distances greater than 20 miles from our kitchen location.

Q. Do you provide Set Up & Clean Up services?

A. We provide Set Up & Styling for Grazing Tables, please allow up to 2 hours prior to the event for Set Up & Styling at your venue. For Elevated Grazing Tables, we schedule a pick up time for the return of loaned serving pieces from our collection. We do NOT stay on site or provide Clean Up services.
